The Baylorr BAY-ECVIB2.3 is a high-speed eccentric concrete vibrator producing 17,000 rpm from a 2.3 kW motor on 220V single-phase supply at 50 Hz. It accepts needle diameters of 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, 48mm and 58mm across a 4-metre shaft, and the drive unit is enclosed in a robust handle-cage that protects the motor housing from drops and site impacts. Vibration frequency determines what a concrete vibrating machine can actually consolidate. At 17,000 rpm this unit works at the high-frequency end, where the vibration acts on the finer fraction of the mix as well as the coarse aggregate. That matters on modern concrete designs — high-slump mixes, self-levelling and flowing concrete, and heavily reinforced sections — where lower-frequency vibration moves the aggregate but leaves entrapped air in the mortar fraction. Higher frequency produces a denser finished surface with fewer blowholes on struck faces. The 220V single-phase input is the practical advantage. It runs off a standard site socket or a modest generator, without the three-phase supply that most high-frequency systems require. For contractors working across villa plots, fit-out projects and sites where three-phase is unavailable or already committed, that makes high-frequency compaction accessible without additional electrical infrastructure. The five compatible needle diameters, 25mm through 58mm, let a single drive unit cover the full range of work — a 25mm needle reaching into congested column cages and narrow walls, a 58mm needle working mass pours and raft sections efficiently. Rather than buying separate units for different elements, the contractor changes needles. The handle-cage matters more than it sounds: vibrator drive units are routinely dropped, dragged across rebar and left in standing water, and an unprotected housing fails quickly. Applications include columns, walls, slabs, footings, retaining structures and precast concrete production across commercial, residential and infrastructure work. The 4-metre shaft reaches the base of standard column lifts and wall pours, where concrete left uncompacted does the most structural harm.
