The Baylorr BAY-HFV3 is an 8.8 kW high-frequency concrete vibrator converter that drives up to three vibrator heads simultaneously at speeds to 12,000 rpm. It takes 380V input and delivers three-phase 200 Hz output at 40A rated current, with vibrator frequency adjustable across 100–200 Hz. Compatible head diameters are 40mm, 50mm and 60mm, covering vibrating ranges of 50cm, 75cm and 110cm respectively. The unit weighs 17 kg, carries an IP65 rating, and includes leakage protection, overheat protection and a start/stop safety system. Three simultaneous outputs is the specification that justifies this converter. On a large pour the limiting factor is rarely the concrete supply — it is how fast the placing gang can compact what has been placed before it starts to stiffen. One vibrator head sets that pace. Three heads running from a single converter let three operators work the pour concurrently, which on raft foundations, large slabs and continuous wall pours is the difference between finishing within the workable window and chasing concrete that has begun to set. In UAE summer conditions, where working time is already compressed by ambient temperature, that margin is not optional. The head diameter and vibrating radius relationship is the planning tool: a 40mm head covers 50cm, a 50mm head 75cm and a 60mm head 110cm. Those figures determine insertion spacing — overlapping the radius of action is what guarantees no uncompacted zones between insertion points. Adjustable 100–200 Hz output allows the frequency to be matched to the mix design and reinforcement density rather than accepting a fixed setting. The IP65 enclosure rating means full protection against dust ingress and water jets, which is the realistic condition for equipment on a concrete pour. Leakage and overheat protection plus the start/stop safety system address the failure and hazard modes that matter during extended continuous operation. At 17 kg the converter is portable enough to reposition without lifting equipment as the pour progresses. Applications include large slab pours, raft foundations, retaining walls, deep beams and any element where multiple heads must run concurrently to meet placement schedules.
