Yes. For Baylorr equipment, maintained-by-AMACO logs count as warranty documentation. For other brands, we keep service records on file that you can present to the manufacturer if a warranty claim arises.

Any brand of construction equipment — Baylorr, EdilPro, and major brands like Honda, Hatz, Yanmar engine equipment. The workshop handles mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine work across brands.

How often do you visit under an AMC?

Standard is quarterly servicing visits. Frequency can be adjusted higher for heavy-use fleets — written into the contract terms.

Where does the maintenance work happen?

On-site for fixed installations (where moving equipment is impractical) or at our Ajman workshop for portable equipment. The contract specifies the mix based on fleet composition.

How do priority repair queue requests work?

AMC customers move to the front of the workshop queue when emergency repair is needed between servicing visits. Standard turnaround drops from 2 days to next-day where parts are in stock.

What's the discount on labour for AMC customers?

Discounted rate on non-preventive repair work (i.e., repairs caused by operator damage, environmental damage, or wear-out items outside the preventive schedule). Contract terms vary.
