Most repairs happen at our Ajman workshop. Drop off during business hours, or — if the machine can't be moved — we'll arrange collection within Ajman or Dubai. Collection charge depends on distance and machine size; quoted upfront.
Technician inspection happens within the first working day of the machine arriving. We diagnose the fault, identify parts needed, and send you a written quote with price and expected completion date. No repair work starts until you approve the quote.
Standard jobs typically complete within two working days of quote approval. Complex overhauls — full engine rebuilds, hydraulic system rebuilds — may take longer and that's flagged in the quote. You can check progress via WhatsApp at any point.
Every repair is tested under load in our workshop bay before being released. We don't return a machine that hasn't been verified working. You collect from Ajman, or we arrange delivery back to your site.
Repairs carry a workmanship warranty (see below). If the same fault recurs within the warranty window, we fix it again at no charge. Replacement parts carry the original manufacturer warranty where applicable.
