The BAYLORR GF25 is an automatic stirrup bending machine built for fast, consistent production of stirrups and links used in columns, beams, slabs, and footings. It handles round bars from Ø6mm up to Ø25mm and deformed (TMT) bars up to Ø22mm, producing accurately shaped stirrups at up to 28 pieces per minute — ideal for steel fabrication yards and high-volume construction sites across the UAE and GCC. A robust 3kW three-phase motor with flexible voltage options (220V/380V/415V or customized) keeps the machine running through demanding daily workloads. Triple heavy-duty 18A contactors and triple foot switch controls allow safe, responsive operation and quick angle changes between stirrup sizes.
