The Baylorr BAY-SB22 is an automatic stirrup bending machine built for fast, repeatable production of stirrups and links. It bends round bars from Ø6mm to Ø25mm and deformed TMT bars from Ø6mm to Ø22mm at up to 28 pieces per minute, driven by a 3 kW motor with flexible three-phase voltage options of 220V, 380V or 415V to suit site supply. The machine measures 850 × 650 × 870 mm and weighs 125 kg. Stirrup production is repetitive, high-volume work, and a general-purpose bar bending machine is not the efficient way to do it. The SB22 is configured specifically for the task: three heavy-duty 18A industrial AC contactors and three foot switches give the operator direct control over each stage of the bending sequence, so angle changes between stirrup sizes happen in seconds rather than requiring a full setup change. At 28 pieces per minute, one machine and one operator can keep a steel fixing gang supplied continuously. Stirrups and links are required on every reinforced concrete element — columns, beams, slabs, footings, ground beams and pile caps — which makes this stirrup bender one of the hardest-working machines in any rebar fabrication yard. The Ø22mm deformed bar capacity covers heavy column and beam links as well as routine 8mm and 10mm stirrup work. Fabrication yards supplying cut-and-bent reinforcement to UAE contractors, precast manufacturers producing cages, and large sites bending their own steel all use machines in this class as core production equipment. At 850 × 650 × 870 mm and 125 kg, the SB22 is compact enough to position inside a workshop bay or move between sites as the work demands — lighter and more mobile than a floor-mounted production bender. Operators used to manual stirrup bending or to shaping sariya and TMT bar by hand will see output change substantially; the gain is in consistency as much as speed, since every stirrup comes off the machine to the same dimensions.
