The Baylorr RM32 is a gear-driven arc bending machine for forming curved and circular steel reinforcement. It handles round bars from 16mm to 32mm and deformed bars from 18mm to 28mm at a feed rate of 20 metres per minute, driven by a 4 kW motor at 1,440 rpm on 380V three-phase supply. Net weight is 237 kg, and the gear drive transmits power directly without belts to slip or replace under sustained load. Arc bending is a different operation from standard bar bending, and it needs a different machine. A conventional rebar bending machine makes discrete angled bends at fixed points along a bar. The RM32 feeds the bar continuously between forming rollers to produce a smooth, consistent radius along its full length — the only practical way to form true circular and curved reinforcement. The gear-driven mechanism maintains constant feed pressure, which is what keeps the radius uniform from one end of the bar to the other and from one bar to the next. Fabrication shops and site bending yards use this steel bar bending equipment to produce circular column cages, spiral stirrups, ring beams, curved wall reinforcement and arched structural sections. The work appears on architectural columns, circular water tanks, silos, tunnel linings, curved retaining walls, roundabout and landscape structures, and the curved façade elements common on commercial developments across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It is also used outside reinforcement work for forming curved steel sections in fabrication and handrail manufacture. The 20 m/min feed rate means a full-length bar is formed in seconds, so the machine keeps pace with a fabrication yard rather than becoming the bottleneck. At 237 kg it is a fixed-position machine, typically set up in a bending bay alongside the straight bending and cutting machines rather than moved between sites. Contractors producing spiral stirrups for circular columns in volume will find it replaces a slow and inconsistent manual forming process.
