The Baylorr BAY-PC160H is a 160kg plate compactor powered by a Honda GX390 engine at 8.7 kW (11.7 HP), delivering 30 kN of centrifugal force at 5,500 rpm through a 650 × 500 mm base plate. Overall dimensions are 1,000 × 500 × 900 mm and forward travel speed is 20–23 metres per minute. This is a heavy compaction machine, and the numbers show where it sits. Double the centrifugal force of a 90kg plate at a higher 5,500 rpm frequency, driven through a substantially larger base plate — which spreads that force across more contact area per pass and covers ground faster.
