The Leadermec P54 PRO is a heavy-duty rebar bending machine manufactured in Italy by ICARO s.r.l. It bends a single Ø44mm bar in 65 kg/mm² steel, two Ø34mm bars or three Ø28mm bars in one cycle, at seven bends per minute. A 5.5 HP (4 kW) motor couples directly to the gearbox, and the 395mm working disc supports double bends. The control panel runs at 24V low voltage and the machine weighs 590 kg. Direct drive is the specification that separates this bar bending machine from most of its class. There are no belts between motor and gearbox — nothing to slip under load, stretch over time, or need tensioning and replacement as a maintenance item. Power transfer stays constant, so the seventh bend of a minute matches the first, and a common failure point is removed entirely. For fabricators running a bending machine through continuous shifts, that design decision shows up directly in uptime. The P54 PRO ships with a full accessory set: bushes in Ø50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100mm, a checking block, a stirrup pin, three bush holding pins, a square pin, a foot pedal and an Allen key set. That range of bushes covers the full spread of hook radii and bend shapes called for in structural detailing without sourcing extras. The 24V low-voltage control panel keeps the operator side safe, which matters on a machine of this size working in a wet or dusty bending yard. At 590 kg this is fixed-position fabrication equipment for yards and large sites producing bars for pile caps, raft foundations, bridge piers and transfer slabs — work where multi-bar bending capacity, three Ø28mm bars at a time, converts directly into throughput. Fabricators supplying cut-and-bent reinforcement to UAE infrastructure projects are the natural users. Matching cutting capacity is available in the Leadermec C54 PRO, which shears Ø46mm bar at 40 cuts per minute, and the P44 PRO covers the same build quality at Ø38mm capacity for lighter structural work.
