Every Baylorr machine is manufactured in China to AMACO specifications, quality-checked at our Ajman facility, and backed by a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects. The Baylorr rebar production line carries ISO 9001 certification. When a Baylorr unit needs service, our Ajman workshop handles repair — typically within two working days — with genuine Baylorr replacement parts in supply for the common wear items.

Our Own Brand, Not a Rebrand
Baylorr is AMACO-owned. We don't simply import a Chinese-factory machine, slap a sticker on it, and call it a brand. The Baylorr range is built to AMACO specifications — components selected by us, build sequence specified by us, quality criteria set by us.
Three Years of UAE Site Iteration
We started selling Baylorr in 2022. The hydraulic seal kits on rebar machines were upgraded after early units came back. The plate compactor handle bracket is now version 3. The concrete mixer tilt pivot bearing was reinforced after we saw bearing wear from heavy manual tilt cycles. The tamping rammer foot mount geometry was redesigned after impact-fatigue cracks appeared.

The Baylorr rebar manufacturing line — covering the P-42, RB25, and C-42 — operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Documented, auditable manufacturing with traceable components and repeatable inspection. Certificates available for project documentation on request.
Designed for UAE Construction Conditions
Engine mounts, vibration isolators, gasket materials, and external coatings on Baylorr machines are chosen for 45°C+ hot-climate operation — not generic global use. UV-resistant where it matters; dust-tolerant where it counts.
