construction equipment Dubai →Round, square and banana concrete buckets, with or without mancage, built in our Ajman workshop — plus material skips, lifting cages and loading platforms. All made to order, nothing off a shelf.
If a crane is already standing on your site, it can move more than steel. AMACO fabricates the crane-lifted range from its Ajman workshop — concrete buckets, material skips, loading platforms, and block, material, man and rescue lifting cages. All of it built to order, none of it held in stock.
Concrete buckets are the bulk of what we make, so they get the detail below: 0.5 m³ to 3 m³, in three shapes — round, square and banana — with or without a mancage. Fabrication takes two weeks from order confirmation, which means the size and configuration match the job rather than whatever happened to be in a warehouse.

Concrete buckets are the bulk of what we fabricate, but the same workshop builds the rest of the crane-lifted range — skips, cages, platforms and specialist buckets. All made to order. If you need several items for one project, quote them together and we'll plan the build as one batch.
Crane-lifted buckets for placing concrete at the pour point — 0.5 m³ to 3 m³, round, square or banana, with or without mancage. The main subject of this page.
General-purpose crane-lifted buckets for moving bulk material around site where a dedicated concrete bucket isn't what the job calls for.
Buckets that scoop their own load rather than needing to be charged from a chute or by hand — useful where the material sits in a stockpile rather than coming off a mixer.
Open-top skips for shifting sand, aggregate, spoil and site debris by crane. The workhorse container for clearing and moving loose material between levels.
Platforms that sit at a slab edge so the crane has somewhere to land and collect material at each floor level. Turns an awkward edge lift into a routine one.
Cages sized for lifting palletised blocks so the load stays contained through the lift instead of being slung loose.
General-purpose cages for lifting mixed material, tools and equipment between levels — anything that needs to stay enclosed on the way up.
Personnel cages for moving workers between building levels. Lifting people by crane is a regulated operation — certification, inspection and compliance requirements are confirmed at quote against the standard your project works to.
Emergency-rescue platforms for recovering a worker from height or from a confined position when a normal exit isn't available. Like man lifting cages this is regulated lifting — certification and inspection requirements are confirmed at quote against the standard your project works to.

Any size across the range can be built in any of the three shapes. The payload column is the concrete only — concrete runs about 2.4 tonnes per cubic metre — so add the bucket's own steel weight when you're checking it against crane capacity. We confirm the empty weight on the quote.
Sizing against the crane matters more than sizing against the pour. Work from the crane's capacity at the radius you'll actually be lifting at, not its headline rating — a bucket that's too big for the reach just means half-filling it every cycle. Tell us the crane and the pour on WhatsApp and we'll help you pick.
All three hold the same volumes and all three are available across the full 0.5–3 m³ range. The choice is about site constraints — how much room you have to store them, and how much clearance you have to charge and lift them.
Conical body with a bottom discharge gate. The most widely used shape on UAE sites — concrete flows cleanly to the centre gate with minimal sticking, and the round wall makes it the easiest shape to clean out at the end of a pour.
Best for: General structural pours, slabs, columns, foundations.
Flat-sided body holding the same volume in a tighter footprint. Squares sit flush against each other and against walls, so they stack and store in less yard space and are easier to load side-by-side on a truck bed.
Best for: Congested sites, limited laydown and storage area, multi-bucket rotations.
Low-profile body that lies down for charging and tips upright for discharge. Because it loads lying flat, it fits under a mixer chute where a tall bucket would not clear — the answer when hook height, not crane capacity, is the constraint.
Best for: Basements, podium levels, low-clearance charging positions, restricted crane lift height.
Any bucket in the range can be built with an attached mancage, or without one. It's specified at order — the platform and its mounting are fabricated as part of the bucket rather than added on later.
Lifting arrangements and platform details are confirmed on the quote against your application. If you're unsure whether the job needs one, describe the pour when you enquire and we'll tell you which way we'd spec it.

We don't hold stock. Concrete bucket fabrication starts once the order is confirmed and takes two weeks; lead time on the other items in the range is confirmed per item at quote. Plan that window into your programme — and if you have a fixed pour date, say so at enquiry stage rather than after, so we can tell you immediately whether it works.
WhatsApp or call with the size (0.5–3 m³), the shape you want, and whether you need a mancage. If you're not sure, describe the pour and the crane and we'll recommend a configuration.
You get a written price and a confirmed fabrication window. Quotes usually come back the same working day.
Build starts once the order is confirmed. Standard fabrication time is two weeks from confirmation. If you're working to a pour date, tell us the date up front so we can flag it early if it's tight.

Because every bucket is fabricated on order, the size, shape and mancage option are chosen for your pour rather than whatever a supplier happens to be holding. No compromise on capacity because stock ran out.
Standard build time is two weeks from order confirmation. That is the honest number — we would rather you plan around a real date than be told one week and chase us in the third.
0.5 m³ through 3 m³, all three shapes, with or without mancage. One supplier for the whole range means a consistent build standard across a mixed fleet.
Buckets take abuse — gate mechanisms wear, hinges and lugs need attention, bodies take knocks. Our Ajman workshop handles repair and refurbishment on buckets, including ones we didn't build.
